So, I see you are in some desperate need for ideas, huh. That's no problem that's why I am here! The first thing you can do is do some DIY crafts. From dip-dyed sneakers, to a new light in your room. The possibilities for a DIY are endless! Next, you can go swimming! Swimming is great exercise for that perfect beach body that you have been wanting and a tan. Also, its soooo much fun! Additionally, you can go have a picnic at a local park or in your very own backyard! Make sure to invite me!:) Next, you and your family could go on a vacation! As you can see from the picture on the left, vacation is a lot of fun! See, the possibilities are endless for ideas as long as you are creative!!
Summer is a time to forget your troubles and just have fun and be free. Any kind of activity will relieve stress and make you feel good. If you have a lot of stress, try getting a massage or go to a spa. Sad? go for a run or walk. You will immediantly feel better and will be in a good mood. Take my dad as an example. He goes running everyday for at least 45 minutes a day and is in a very good mood when he gets back. it will make you feel good because you are excersizing-something you have needed to do for a while. My dad has lost over 50 pounds and is much more healthier because he is running,he is not drinking any high-calorie sodas, and is eating more fruits and vegetables.
If you are feeling lonely, call your best friends!! Tell them to come and stay the night and just hang out! With you friends, there is no telling what you think of doing! During the summer I love to hang out and chill with my best friends. You will never know what we will do when its just us!!!
